HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, E-Packet etc and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
We source products from all over the world to bring you Epic Items and Best Offers . This means sometimes you may have to wait a little longer to get your order but it's always worth the wait
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct along with the phone number. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, than nothing further can be done and there will be no refunds for it
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra care. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
PRODUCT STATUS SAYS DELIVERED IN TRACKING PAGE BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEMS
It is possible that due to carrier negligence the product may say it's delivered in the tracking page but you have not received the item. We understand the situation and we are willing to refund but in order to prevent fraud and abuse of refund we will need a police report for the missing item in order to proceed further with the refund process
