How does our Return Policy work?

If you are not TOTALLY SATISFIED with any of the products you purchase from us, you may return them anytime within 90 days after purchase for a full refund or replacement unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please contact us at support@goshoppingkart.com for returns

Once you initiate the return process, we will require a proof of purchase for a refund or replacement (exchange). This is made easier if you provided us with your information at the point of check out as we will typically have your purchase record. However, if that is not available, then you will have to provide a physical receipt.

You are to include your proof of purchase alongside the product(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original delivery package (including any tags, labels, accessories or freebies). Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will reimburse you with the actual purchase price via the same mode of payment which was used to process your order.

Defective Products

Please contact us at support@goshoppingkart.com and include the images of the faulty product(s) if you received any within 3 days of opening the product(s).

Goods Damaged In Transit

You have 3 business days to make a return request after your order’s delivery if you noticed that the delivered items have been damaged in transit. You must contact us at support@goshoppingkart.com within the stipulated period (counting from the day you received the damaged item) and we will make arrangements for the return and either make a replacement or issue you a refund.

Note: Business days are from Mondays to Fridays and they do not include public holidays or weekends.

Product Status Says Delivered in Tracking Page But Did Not Receive The Items

It is possible that due to carrier negligence the product may say it's delivered in  the tracking page but you have not received the item. We understand the situation and we are willing to refund but in order to prevent fraud and abuse of refund we will need a police report for the missing item in order to proceed further with the refund process

 

Exceptions

In order to protect all our customers and ensure that all cases of returns, refunds or exchanges are handled in a satisfactory manner, WE WON’T ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE OR REFUND (even if it is within 90 DAYS of purchase) in the following situations:

  • If the customer's reason for returning the product cannot be validated. In this case, such a product would be redelivered to the customer and the refund would not be processed.

  • If the product was damaged by abuse, misuse, improper care or gross negligence on the part of the customer. This does not exclude home accidents like damage incidents associated with pets.

  • Products that are returned for personal reasons that are not related to the product's performance or gratification.

  • Products revealing excessive wear and tear.

  • Past records of consistent abuse of our returns, exchanges or refunds.

  • Products which were lost or damaged due to flood, fire or natural disasters.

  • Products with no label or defaced label.

  • Products which were soiled or discolored due to contamination or whatever reason shall not be accepted for returns.
